Airgun Restrictions

We are the white hats, the good guys, the Dudley Do-Rights saving the damsel in distress. We believe in God, Family, Country, Corps, and enjoy cheap laughs, quality products, and killer prices. We want you to buy with confidence. We'’ve been doing this kind of thing for 20 years, and sincerely appreciate the trust you place in us, but there are some rules you need to follow.

Airgun "Restricted Areas"

Certain areas are considered restricted for some airguns and other products. If you happen to live in an area considered restricted, you may still be able to order from us. Just use an alternate shipping address outside of the restricted area, such as a friend or relative’s address. It's up to you to comply the laws in the city and state and/or obtain proper permits, if applicable, to own or use items within a restricted area.

 If you have such an alternate address for delivery, simply use that address in the ship-to field during checkout, even though you will use your actual billing address for the bill-to field.

 Airguns (guns that shoot pellets or steel BBs) do not have an orange muzzle, nor are they required to have one by the U.S. federal government or any state, county or municipal government ordinance. 

Airsoft guns, by contrast, must have at least a ¼” blaze orange muzzle or an orange flash hider. Federal law requires that airsoft guns be sold with this marking to avoid the guns being mistaken for firearms. If you remove the orange muzzle or flash hider from your airsoft gun, you will void our return policy for that item and will not be able to return it for a refund.
