Ammo Shipping Regulations

Be sure to check your local laws for any regulations before ordering.

Ammunition is restricted from sale to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• New York City
• Washington, DC
• APO and FPO Addresses
• PO Box Addresses

Ammunition can only be shipped to a FFL holder in the following areas:

• Chicago, IL
• Cook County, IL
• California
• Massachussetts
• New York (State)

In order to ship to a non-FFL holder in these areas, we must have the following on file before ordering:

• Connecticut: AEC (or Pistol) Permit and State ID on file
• Illinois: FOID (Firearms Owner ID) and State ID on file
• New Jersey: FPID (Firearms Purchaser ID), or a permit to purchase a handgun, or a carry permit.

For those areas where FFL or other forms of identification are required, please note that we must receive this documentation prior to ordering and the ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of those 2 documents. Please contact customer service or call 800-388-9464 to provide this required documentation.

You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition from Field Supply. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.

All ammunition is considered hazardous and will be shipped ground, contiguous 48 states only. A street address is required for delivery.

Even in some cases if you are able to check out with this item, it will be removed from your order if shipping to a restricted location.

Ammo Returns

For safety reasons we do not accept returns on ammunition, black powder, primers, reloading lead and brass or bullets.
