I put this on over my coat and stuck my hands in the pockets and the seam on pockets ripped open. I didnt get wet at all so idk how well waterfroofing is. it is very light but zero insulation i thought it had some. it also does not break the wind at all. it was 29 degrees and breezy and i felt it very clear. also very stiff and noisy to wear.
