These decoy propellers are neat and are good for adding a little motion to your decoys. However, they are only suitable for water that is clear of all debris. If that is your environment, these will work for you. The weed guard does effectively protect the propeller, but the little motor doesn't have enough power to push through weeds. One small weed and your string is tangled stopping all decoy motion. These motors use C batteries and you only get about 4 hours of decent use from each battery, so keeping these going can get expensive.
