Gun sling with loops instead of metal swivels for hunters who do not like slings installed on their gun but enjoy the convenience of having the sling to carry their gun into the blind. This model has the no hands feature which allows you to put the sling over your shoulder and then connect the waist band around your waist to insure the gun stays firmly against the body on long walks.

  1. no more falling off my shoulder

So far I'm very pleased.hooked up the shotgun and it stays put while fiddling with decoys and other things. Glad i grabbed two so my old man doesn't get jealous during waterfowl season :-)

  2. OK but not great

I bought this as the molded in plastic sling attachment on the forearm of my Browning Maxus broke off and you would have to replace the whole forearm to fix the problem. With turkey decoys, chair, etc. I need to sling my shotgun.

I prefer the permanent type of sling and bought this in a pinch but found the Drake sling slips too easily on the barrel. Concerned it may break my front sight off when it slips up against it?

Not a bad sling. The chest belt is a unique feature. Lots of straps.
