When designing the DLC Covert MP6 Scouting Trail Camera Covert had one thing in mind: build a capable camera for a low cost! They accomplished this by including several key components and features from their top shelf cameras while taking away some of the frills to cut cost. Notice that they didn't take away quality that run manufacturing cost up. Today's trail camera consumer is bombarded with fancy features and options that normally don't add up to function and value. It's become common place for companies to make claims but never back them up.
The DLC Covert MP6 Scouting Trail Camera makes one claim: MORE BANG for the BUCK! With all the function and features included, it's easy to back up that claim.

By far hands down this is the best camera I've owned. Takes crystal clear day pictures and very good quality night pictures. The price was great, I've had a few higher priced cameras from other companies that weren't the quality of Covert. First week had over 1500 pictures and the battery life is amazing.

Trigger speed is one of the best there is. Set camera to take 3 pics on trigger, trigger speed is so quick it was able to capture birds flying into the top sense zone and capture the bird’s flight to the ground. Couldn't be happier with battery life, day pics and trigger speed. Night pics are a little grainy, especially at distances.
Over all, very pleased!!

Had it in the field for a few weeks and I'm very satisfied with the camera so far. The day light pictures are amazing and the night pics a bit "ghosty" but as clear as any other IR cameras I've used. Compact size, performs very well, and is a super value in my opinion.

I have 4 of these and all work flawlessly. I have had 3 of them up and running continuously now for 8 months without one problem and have had one of the three on the same batteries for over a year. Pictures are of great quality too.

This is a good camera but the Black is better. I bought the MP6 IR and the MP6 Black at the same time. I mounted them together to see what difference there might be. Daytime they are identical, Nightime the black seems to have much better pickup range and picture quality. I plan to change the sensitivity and see if that helps. Both units do what they are supposed to do. Great price, small size, easy to operate.
Be sure to use San Disk cards

I purchased this game camera after using another company's product. I am very impressed with the camera. Used it 2 weeks so far and it has given me very good day and night photographs. Easy to use, set up, and takes photos from at least 25 feet away.

I have used a variety of trail cams from various manufacturers over the last 13 years, always in search of quality and value. I found the Covert brand 3 years ago and own cameras in all three levels they offer. The MP6 has become the only camera I buy. I now own 10 of this model. The price is excellent, quality of the pictures, both day and night, gets me the information I need with clear pictures and good response time. As a teenager today would say, the battery life is "sick!" One set of alkaline batteries gets me up to 5,000 pictures and normally only need to be replaced once per season. Really easy to set up with a variety of settings, no moisture intrusion issues(really important in N Florida!). Excellent customer support from Covert when I need it. Still using the original MP6 I bought 3 years ago. You can trust this camera!!!

This little camera is the best. I have about 10 of these and they are the right size, and very easy to operate. I have never had a problem with them and Covert customer service is the best in case I do. You can't go wrong with this camera. The images are super clear and the sensor works out to around 40'. For 1.2 seconds trigger speed it is not bad. Never miss a deer before. (But I do position them correctly.) I have been using trail cameras since they was the 35 MM style and I will never by another brand of trial camera than Covert. I live in Kentucky and do business with Kentucky companies.
