Good handles. Tough material. Had to cut holes for front legs larger to prevent rubbing skin raw. Neck is a bit too large next to the chest. Material hangs here and causes some excess drag while swimming.

Have had MANY dog vests in the past, and Avery continues to lead the way in quality and price. Stitches and zipper are bullett proof, and the boating handles are a big help. You will love this vest for your dog.
