Shipping

Orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. should be received within five to seven business days. Please allow at least two weeks for backordered items. Backordered Items will be shipped automatically unless we are notified otherwise. Shipping rates are determined on the value of your order. (Please see table below to help determine what shipping rates will be. You may also view your shipping rates in your shopping cart during the checkout process.)

Some restrictions (and extra charges) apply to drop ship items and heavy or bulky items. International orders and those shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require additional charges.

Overnight, Second Day, and Rush Shipments are available on telephone orders.

We're sorry, these services are not yet available on internet orders.

International Shipping

The following conditions apply to all international orders:

  • The following categories may not be shipped to international destinations:
    Treestands, *Decoys, Bulky/Drop Shipped Items, Paint or Ammo. (*Decoys may be shipped to Canada or Mexico)
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as all taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees.
  • Wing Supply reserves the right to limit quantities.
  • Wing Supply reserves the right to refuse shipping to select international locations.

 

Paint Shipping Restrictions

Due to certain restrictions, shipments of paint will be restricted to only a total of 21 ounces per box per shipment. (For example: This means we can only ship 1 quart of paint, or we can only ship 2 - 16 ounce cans of spray paint, or we can only ship 8 - 4 ounce cans of spay paint.) Orders including paint can only be shipped through Standard B via The United States Postal Service.


Returns

It is our objective to satisfy our customers with merchandise at value prices and provide genuinely courteous, prompt, and fair customer service. Wing Supply customers can always shop with confidence in our dedication to customer satisfaction.

Wing Supply's Warranty Policy states:

"Every item is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for up to one year from purchase, however, each manufacturer dictates their own terms, procedures, and policies for adjustments, whether to replace, repair, or credit."

If your merchandise is determined to be defective...

Within 30 days of purchase, contact us at 1-800-388-9464, Monday through Friday, 8 am til 5 pm or e-mail service@wingsupply.com Most items are guaranteed for up to one year. Some manufacturers require customers to return merchandise directly to them for inspection and adjustments. You may contact us to determine the warranty terms and procedures for return.

If you would like to return your merchandise because of wrong size/color...

Contact us immediately for prompt replacement. Call 1-800-388-9464, Monday through Friday, 8 am til 5 pm or e-mail service@wingsupply.com Please make the determination before wearing outdoors and before item is laundered. Customer may be responsible for return shipping as well as re-shipping costs.

If you would like to return your merchandise for any other reason...

New merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging and condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us with any other reason for return..

Return shipping costs will be paid or reimbursed only with pre-approved return authorization.
