Each item we sell is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for up to one year from the time of purchase. Defective merchandise returned after 60 days of purchase may be required to be sent to the manufacturer for their adjustment (replacement, repair, or credit). Each manufacturer dictates their own policies and terms.
Merchandise returned for any reason other than being defective must be new, in original packing and condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. A 'Return Worksheet' will be included with your order. Please complete and include the worksheet and a copy of your invoice with your return.
